Pretium gets royal assent
Pretium went to Monaco in November to support the European activity of the California Prune Board. This event, Chefs’ World Summit, was the second of three Pretium has organised and managed on CPB’s behalf in the past month.
The event featured more than 60 Michelin-starred chefs from around the world. CPB were showcasing the heritage, provenance and quality of the California prune, which originates from the Agen region of France.
While there, Pretium’s David Sawford met with Prince Albert II of Monaco, who visited the event to give it the royal seal of approval. The Prince was pleased to see representation from around the globe as he is keen to emphasise that Monaco is open for global business.
