Ellen is all about qualifications
Congratulations to All About Quality’s Ellen Willoughby, who has graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Post Graduate Diploma in Total Quality Management and Organisational Excellence.
The diploma is a two-year course that helps professional managers improve their quality management and organisational skills. During the course, students study topics including supply chain management, performance measurement, statistics processes and managing change.
“I decided to do it because I wanted to expand my knowledge of how quality can help businesses grow,” says Ellen. “Now I’ve graduated, it will really help improve my service to my clients.”
All About Quality helps clients develop their businesses by improving management standards, sharing knowledge and implementing effective systems. The company also helps with health and safety management, and sustainability.
