The return of the Leicester Business Festival, the region’s largest business event coincides with a webinar on two of the key themes for 2021 – people and growth.
We’ll be looking at funding, financing and investment to help get you recruit the people and achieve the growth you crave.

This 90-minute breakfast session will give you a clear understanding of the current open funding opportunities and how to mix them to maximize your funding. We’ll cover local, national and sector grants that can support micro and smaller businesses.
With a practical and outcome orientated approach, and led by a qualified professional from FCA regulated Edale, this webinar will be a showcase of financing linked to the region’s largest business festival.
About the speaker
Lawrie Chandler owns and leads Edale. He has worked in blue-chip organisations and built his own business from a Companies House registration to now a directly regulated financial firm. Seeing peers wondering how to develop their businesses, he set up an SME advisory service and within a year Edale supported six ERDF funded programmes sitting alongside a financial adviser business and now a creative design team too. Lawrie’s roles for various firms since graduation in 1999 have involved sales, distribution, product design and manufacturing. Lawrie holds a 2:1 Business Law Degree from the London Guildhall University and Copenhagen Business School.
