Are you experiencing change in the business? So much change that you’re not sure that you’re organised in the most effective way? If you are, this webinar will help you consider the options for reorganising the way you do things for continued success.
Gone are the days when organising a business was straightforward. Seemingly the world has changed and to remain competitive, it sometimes isn’t enough to just be better at what you do and more productive and efficient at delivering results.
Particularly in the last 30 years or so, alternative ways of organising businesses have emerged, with mixed results. This workshop explores alternatives to the traditional mission-driven, hierarchical approaches.
Participants will consider a number of case study companies to get an insight into the thinking of others who own and manage businesses and how they view the world differently.
