The Grow on Space project will create a new commercial building, providing office space for businesses looking to grow in the district. The building, to be built at Compass Point Business Park in Market Harborough, is expected to be completed in late 2019 and will be built to meet BREEAM Excellent environmental standards. Office sizes will range from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet, totalling 19,000 square feet of office space, supporting 10 to 15 companies at full capacity.
