How did you start your company?
I purchased shares in an existing management consulting company after 4 years of my start-up which funded the share purchase. During that time the Innovation Centre gave me the office facilities needed at that early stage of development.
What is your proudest achievement as a business?
We have run several transformation programmes ” the most recent is for Hornby Hobbies which I am running with one of my business partners. We are also in the process of launching a new service called GDPR Readiness Assessment to assist companies with changes to data regulations coming into play in 2018.
How has the Harborough Innovation Centre helped with your development?
It has given me a cost-effective office base and has enabled me to gain new contacts to assist with the development of my business. It has also given me a specific contact to create the GDPR Readiness Assessment service through a previous contact at the centre. The use of the Harborough Innovation Centre’s training and meeting room facilities for client projects helped us in our development.

What was your most recent notable project?
Our transformation programme with Hornby Hobbies in which we provided the Leadership Team with the necessary confidence to activate the transformation programme.
What projects/ambitions do you have for the future of your company?
We have tremendous ambitions to grow our company and provide further employment opportunities as we grow.
